Copyrighted Material Policy

It is our policy to respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If we become aware of content that infringes upon copyright, we take swift action to remove such content or Access to it, in accordance with the DMCA.

Submitting a DMCA Notice

Owners of copyrighted works who believe that their rights have been infringed upon through improper posting of their material on our site may submit a DMCA notice to dmca@artistreleaseform.com. The notice must include the following information: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site; Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or Access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material; Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that the material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter notice containing your proof of the claim. Please include your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Artist Release Form may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Artist Release Form has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the subscriptions or accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Although we do not have a subscription or account facility, we remain committed to removing or disabling access to content that is serially infringing.
